Returning your Goods
Before contacting us for returing your goods, please make sure that the item you want to return is under our money back guarentee policy. You can read more on this in our Terms & Conditions.
Any goods delivered that are damaged can be returned. You will recieve a replacement or credit within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the goods from us.
You should email our client services team to inform us of your wish to return a product and the reasons for the return.
Once we accepted your return request, you will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number. You will also reviece information on how to send the parcel back to us.You will only be issued with a refund or replacement or an alternative, at your choice, after inspection of the issue upon the return of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorisation Number being issued first by our client services team.
Whilst unfortunate and rare, products do occasionally develop faults after a period of use. Unless otherwise stated, all of the products sold by us carry a manufacturer’s guarantee of at least one year. Each manufacturer’s policy and process in respect of product guarantees varies and as such we request that you contact us via email.
